Six mega green hydrogen projects were cancelled by Inner Mongolia energy regulator
On August 8, Energy Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region issued a document and withdrawn permission for six large scale green hydrogen production projects which totally have 2.16GW planned capacity.
The regulator said these projects, although had received government approval, are unable to be implement by their developer. Usually, it means these developers didn’t start the construction within 12 months since they got the regulatory approval, or as per deadline specified by local government.
